I wonder if there is a way to have an Everything option that isn't
special checkbox in the installer but fits in with the groups.
Everything would basically require all other groups, and specify that
all optional packages in those groups were installed. It wouldn't
even have to select every group. Leaving out the language specific
groups would make sense since people will complain about getting
languages they don't speak even if they selected everything.
I don't think comps.xml has a mechanism to specify which packages in a
groupreq should be selected. I was thinking an attribute on the
groupreq element which would have the values "mandatory", "default",
"optional".
