Not really without writing a DSDT parser in userspace to find
out if a battery is present etc..   It's not an insignificant
amount of work, for a tiny gain.

There's nothing stopping you from adding rmmod battery etc to
the startup scripts, (or even editing them so they never load),
but again, the gain is minimal for the effort of having to redit
startup scripts each time there's an update.
