It means gpt disk labeling, just like we do on ia64.  In fact, you need
gpt disk labeling to be able to support partitions/filesystems above
2TB.  The world is moving on, we just have to catch up.  elilo boots efi
and gpt, but I'd much rather see grub2 support for it.
