Set in a shell, then run evolution &> evolution.log to capture all of
the debug info.  And there is a lot.

It's just Evo in general.  It is sooooo slow.  I *love* the features,
but absolutely *hate* the speed.  With an IMAP server it is just
ridiculously slow.
