Good point.  For anything that isn't RHL 7.3, RHL 9, or FC1+ thats the
decision of other people.

>From my perspective, if it looks like a security issue, ping a Fedora
Legacy fellow to check and see if it's fixed in a newer release.  If
not, file under legacy.  If it's !security, close away.
