Hi, I really liked Gaim so much, and used it 30% of the time. But Fedora Gaim comes short with Video and Voice capabilities. There's a project I've always use, maybe it would make it in FC4, gaim-vv. (http://gaim-vv.sourceforge.net/). I hope this package would be included in FC4.
