It probably should happen though. There are lots of critical bugs that are 
_years_ old that havent been touched, or have been forgotten/abandoned.

A redhat bugzilla maintainer could (really should) take some load off developers.

And a maintainer really should be in contact with developers and be 
keeping on top of things.
