Based on some discussion at today's blocker review meeting, I thought I
would take the temperature of the room for making Flatpak support
explicit in at least some of the criteria?
The biggest hammer would probably be adding it to the "Software types"
sub heading of "Installing, removing and updating software" for the
basic release criteria[0].
If we were a little less serious about it, we could add it to the
corresponding Beta[1] or Final[2].
Going the other way, we could add it all three places. Maybe others? I'm
using links for Fedora 36 just because I had them at hand, but because I
want it added for this release.
