Yes, please do. There was a known bug like this earlier in the cycle:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1661955

but it was supposed to be fixed. Can you tell from the system logs
which versions of grub2 and dnf were installed before and after the
upgrade?
