This just happened again, except that I went from 28 to 29. I then chrooted from the old 28 to 29 to "Install NetworkManager", and have no network, with same message as booting 29 directly: [on vtty4] # dnf install NetworkManager ... You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'. Error: Error downloading packages: Curl error (6): Couldn't resolve host name for https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/meta... # ping www.google.com ping: www.google.com: System error Network works normally in F28 (vtty2,3).
