Well, a bug report (against anaconda to start with) with logs from the installer would be best. RAID issues are frequently tricky to debug/fix, though. The logs show up in /tmp during the install, with the '.log' extension; reproduce the bug, then get those files off the machine somehow (fpaste, or a usb stick are good options) and attach them to the bug report.
