If I do a dnf -d 9 check-update the last lines of output are Cannot download 'https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-26&arch=x86_64': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried.
