about half way down the page on the left.  This shows the various
flavors of Fedora available other than workstation, server, or atomic.
That is mostly about the desktop they run, or the hardware they run on.

No no, this is ok. I mean, where is the default set of installed packages defined? 
Where is the default partition scheme specified? 
I mean, there should be something like a configuration file at compose time, isn't it?
Or in other words, there is a document that describe how the build process of an image works?
