If your system isn't enrolled in a FreeIPA or Active > Directory domain, you can't test this. I see that the update has got enough karma, however I'm getting: [root@omiday ~]# ipa-client-install Using existing certificate '/etc/ipa/ca.crt'. Discovery was successful! Client hostname: omiday.can.local Realm: CAN.LOCAL DNS Domain: can.local IPA Server: stuff.can.local BaseDN: dc=can,dc=local Continue to configure the system with these values? The same error if I do: omiday ~ $ ssh -S none pc96.can.local Last login: Sat Aug 20 12:01:10 2016 from 192.168.0.11 pc96 ~ $ logout Connection to 192.168.0.5 closed. The comment in bug 1189856 [1] suggests a glibc issue and that may very well be the case as I can successfully run ipa-client-install on a Fedora 24 box. I'll boot a fresh F25 later on today and post back the results. -- Viorel [1]:https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1189856#c8 -- test mailing list test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/admin/lists/test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
