F25 Alpha blocker / FE fixes: karma needed!

Hi folks! We're counting down to Fedora 25 Alpha Go/No-Go on Thursday,
and there are some fixes for blocker and freeze exception bugs waiting
in updates-testing that need karma before we can push them stable. If
folks could please help provide karma for these updates, it'd be great.

1. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-97debec731
   sssd-1.14.0-5.fc25 | https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1366403

This one has just landed. It should fix an issue the openQA FreeIPA
tests ran into with sssd_be crashing on a system enrolled into a
FreeIPA domain during installation via kickstart. Re-creating the whole
test is somewhat tedious, but you can leave +1 karma if you have a
system configured as a FreeIPA or Active Directory client using sssd
and it still works fine after updating sssd to 1.14.0-5.fc25 and
rebooting. If your system isn't enrolled in a FreeIPA or Active
Directory domain, you can't test this.

2. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-1784e6a050
   kernel-4.8.0-0.rc1.git3.1.fc25 | https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1365686

This one should fix a bug which caused tcpdump and similar tools that
try to dump TCP packets to crash. +1 the update if you install the
kernel and it boots fine on your computer and none of your hardware
(that was working before) stops working.

3. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-a556898d78
   lorax-25.13-1.fc25 | https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1366554

This one's honestly pretty difficult to test unless you happen to have
the whole image building toolchain set up locally. If you do, you
probably know how to test it. =) If you don't, don't worry.

4. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-15114a0bca
   NetworkManager-1.4.0-0.5.git20160621.072358da.fc25 | https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1362165

This fixes an issue with wifi connection resumption on resume from
system suspend. So you can test that - update NetworkManager, restart,
connect to wifi, suspend, resume and see if the connection is picked up
properly. Other than that, just install the update, restart or restart
NetworkManager, and make sure your network still works as before.

5. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-bb971cbd03
   qt5-qtwebengine-5.7.0-6.fc25 | https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1364781

This fixes a bug preventing the 'qupzilla' browser from working. This
isn't the default browser for the KDE spin, but it's installed by
default. So test if it works after installing the updated qt5-
qtwebengine. Note, there is another bug affecting qupzilla:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1363914 ;. So you may run
into that one while testing; if you do, don't down-karma this update.
If you do run into that bug, run 'setenforce 0' to avoid it and test.
Remember to run 'setenforce 1' again after you're done testing :)

Thanks folks!
