Yes, the Rawhide and F25 kernels are very similar so this is probably the same bug. Can you check if kernel-4.8.0-0.rc2.git3.1.fc25 or kernel-4.8.0- 0.rc2.git3.1.fc26 works OK? You can get them from koji, or they should be in repositories quite soon.
