Apologies, yes, Fedora Rawhide. I am a rolling release kind of person. I suspect that that is the issue causing my problem. I believe I will just run with SELINUX=permissive from now on so as to avoid these relatively frequent problems. Human testers seem unneeded for catching these problems, and I am not convinced SELinux is actually doing anything useful for individuals running Rawhide.
