Hello Sayan,
In my case, i tested the package at 2016-07-08 21:18:21 (UTC)after it was submitted by you at 2016-07-08 20:32:58 (UTC .
I downloaded the rpm from koji and tested it properly and gave a karma (+1) on bodhi to the package at
2016-07-08 21:18:21 (UTC). The interval is about 45 minutes from your time of submission, which by any means is not too fast. I'm enclosing a few screenshots which contain the names of the rpms i downloaded to test on the night of fedora QA Sprint,  python-fedmsg-meta-fedora-infrastructure-0.17.5-1.fc24 being one of them. I tested the package and assure you that the package was tested properly and care was taken in this regard. I would like to clear your doubts regarding the situation and assure you of proper testing procedures being used to test the package.

Thank You,
Prakash Mishra.

Hi Sayan,
I have tested your package and verified it in Fedora 24 release. It works fine. Thanks for pushing it to bodhi for testing.  Since there was no test case, I just installed it but after careful evaluation, I installed Fedora hubs then I tested out the packages.
