So let's do this one more time :) The 24.13.2-1 update worked fine, but because it used rich dependencies, it broke the repo compose process and we couldn't push it stable. There is now a 24.13.3-1 update: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-cd26edfec7 which avoids use of rich dependencies.
