Seems like that needs some logs attached to demonstrate it's the
kernel and not a systemd or qemu issue. I'm pretty sure the qemu folks
expect hibernation should work, but in any case there's no release
criterion for suspend to disk so I don't see on what basis it's a
blocker bug.
