(1185117) UEFI dual-boot + Windows, cannot practically remove and install Fedora over an existing default opensuse installation https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1185117 Feel free to change the title to something else, the idea was to emphasize the problem happens with a major distro default installation. Yes this is reproducible with Fedora too, just not by default. That's what bug 1015657 is about, and why I never nominated it as a blocker, and is now a dupe. In Fedora, the user has to manually pick Btrfs, and manually create snapshots. openSUSE now does both by default. The lack of a coherent snapshot UI/UX in the installer is understandable; but now it's resulting in a more common UX problem that it's effectively a bug. For those who'd like to see what lvm thinp snapshots look like in the installer without going to the trouble: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_2Asp8DGjJ9ZVJscUxvUWlBQWs/view?usp=sharing -- Chris Murphy -- test mailing list test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/test
