Copr (Cool Other "Private" Repo) are private repositories, and as such are irrelevant to a wider audience.
Testing should be done within Rawhide and Rawhide only, that is the very purpose of the Rawhide, therefore it's the right way.

Xfce 4.11 consists mainly of bug fixes and of improvements and these are preemptive bug fixes. ;)
Therefore, Xfce 4.11 business as usual.
