The link refers to Fedora 18.  I've seen that doc after a Google search.
It is quite opaque and the example doesn't match the current Network Manager.

It is still the virTUALbrIDGE interface.  And would need to be configured, as needed, for virtual machines in your environment.

I can imagine documentation being out of date.  That is nothing new.

I don't feel so bad about not understanding how to set up virbr0 as it appears
the developers of Network Manager don't know either.
