Some more details after some experiments with newly created, local
accounts on f19 and f20:
- instead of getting restored at their former positions, xfce-terminals

They vanish.
- firefox and thunderbird do get restored correctly.
From this, I conclude, xfce-terminal and gnome-terminal are both broken
in different ways.
