There's a setting for this in NetworkManager configuration tools, for
each connection - where it is and what it's called depends which tool
you're using. In nm-connection-editor I think it's the setting marked
'All users may connect to this network' on the General tab, but it's
been a while. If you check both that and "Connect automatically" it
should come up on boot.
