Can you please file a bug? The concerned maintainer may or may not be
watching the QA mailing list.
Ten to one it's a change in upstream PHP. I would check that before
filing any bugs.
Apparently httpd is now suid apache. I changed some ownerships
and permissions and now the old scripts run again.
This mini flag day should be mentioned in the release notes.
