Agreed. The criterion is written the way it is specifically to allow for
this. Throw any kind of placeholder artwork/wallpaper/whatever in there,
just so long as it doesn't look the same as F19.
I talked to Gnokii, Design team will try to work on at least placeholder.
So I hope we are over surprise "oh, no artwork, blockiiiing" ;-).
I even think the idea was that the artwork team would have a 'stock' set
of non-release-specific artwork available to be used in cases like this:
shipping a pre-release? Don't have release-specific artwork available
yet? Ship it with the generic-pre-release artwork!
