Don't touch those. You don't need to mess with anything but the
"enabled=0|1" lines. Want Rawhide? Toggle "enabled" to 1 for the rawhide
repo in fedora-rawhide.repo. Set everything else to 0.

There's also yum-config-manager(1) …
