Unable to run mock builds for rawhide on Fedora 18: ERROR: Could not find useradd in chroot, maybe the install failed?

Hi folks,

I sent this mail to devel earlier, and got zilch. Any clues on what's
wrong? Is the rawhide buildroot borked? Is it a mock bug? How do we test
builds for rawhide?

I've been having trouble running builds for rawhide on my mock instance
recently (2 weeks now):

> [ankur@dhcppc1 SRPMS]$ mock rebuild -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 pybrain-0.3.1-1.fc18.src.rpm

This may be related to
http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2013-March/180318.html
but I'm not really sure. I haven't found anything already reported
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/bugs/mock

Any hints on what's going on here? I've reinstalled the mock package to
ensure I have the config files in pristine condition, but that hasn't
fixed it.
