Hi folks, I sent this mail to devel earlier, and got zilch. Any clues on what's wrong? Is the rawhide buildroot borked? Is it a mock bug? How do we test builds for rawhide? I've been having trouble running builds for rawhide on my mock instance recently (2 weeks now): > [ankur@dhcppc1 SRPMS]$ mock rebuild -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 pybrain-0.3.1-1.fc18.src.rpm > INFO: mock.py version 1.1.29 starting... > Start: init plugins > INFO: selinux enabled > Finish: init plugins > Start: run > INFO: Start(pybrain-0.3.1-1.fc18.src.rpm) Config(fedora-rawhide-x86_64) > Start: lock buildroot > Start: clean chroot > Finish: clean chroot > Finish: lock buildroot > Start: chroot init > Start: lock buildroot > Mock Version: 1.1.29 > INFO: Mock Version: 1.1.29 > INFO: calling preinit hooks > INFO: enabled root cache > INFO: enabled yum cache > Start: cleaning yum metadata > Finish: cleaning yum metadata > INFO: enabled ccache > Start: device setup > Finish: device setup > Start: yum update > Start: Outputting list of available packages > Finish: Outputting list of available packages > Finish: yum update > ERROR: Exception(pybrain-0.3.1-1.fc18.src.rpm) Config(fedora-rawhide-x86_64) 0 minutes 11 seconds > INFO: Results and/or logs in: /var/lib/mock/fedora-rawhide-x86_64/result > ERROR: Could not find useradd in chroot, maybe the install failed? > More information: > [ankur@dhcppc1 SPECS]$ useradd > bash: /usr/sbin/useradd: Permission denied > [ankur@dhcppc1 SPECS]$ which useradd > /usr/bin/which: no useradd in (/usr/lib64/qt-3.3/bin:/usr/lib64/ccache:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/lib64/alliance/bin:/usr/libexec/sdcc:/home/ankur/bin:/usr/lib64/alliance/bin:/usr/libexec/sdcc) > [ankur@dhcppc1 SPECS]$ echo $PATH > /usr/lib64/qt-3.3/bin:/usr/lib64/ccache:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/lib64/alliance/bin:/usr/libexec/sdcc:/home/ankur/bin:/usr/lib64/alliance/bin:/usr/libexec/sdcc > [ankur@dhcppc1 SPECS]$ user > userformat userhelper userinfo usermount usernetctl userpasswd users > [ankur@dhcppc1 SPECS]$ useradd --help > bash: /usr/sbin/useradd: Permission denied > [ankur@dhcppc1 SPECS]$ > This may be related to http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2013-March/180318.html but I'm not really sure. I haven't found anything already reported https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/bugs/mock Any hints on what's going on here? I've reinstalled the mock package to ensure I have the config files in pristine condition, but that hasn't fixed it. -- Thanks, Warm regards, Ankur: "FranciscoD" Please only print if necessary.
