I feel the naming is still confusing: I am thinking to
rename @basic-x-window-environment to @basic-desktop-environment
and @basic-x-window-desktop to @basic-desktop in F19.
I hesitated to do that for F18 to further break the string
freeze though maybe should have before it got translated...

Also I would like to propose Basic Desktop Spin for F19.
