I will not send these announcements to the test list any more.
To reach out to the QA community for testing, get someone to write debug
pages,test cases etc you send the relevant topic to the test@ address
and or open a ticket in our trac instance.
If you want your announcement to reach broader audience outside the QA
community like some online sites etc. you send that to the
test-announce@ address
What Kamil was wondering why new versions of a specific package goes to
test-announce@, but new versions of other packages are not announced
there, which can simply be explain that you guys are the only ones
taking advantage of the existence of test-announce@ and if you guys want
to reach the broadest audience you send your announcements to *both*
places. Nothing wrong with that
