Thanks, good to know; but "title ..." is a grub1 expression and the
bug had "menuentry...", which is a grub2 stanza.
Yes it is. I am booting from a grub1 installation to grub2 F17, so the
entry has to be in grub.conf format. The next screen is the grub2 boot
screen.
