TC1 is pre-usrmove. The next TC will probably be post-usrmove.

See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=785652 . This problem has
existed for months in Rawhide. It seems that the vesa driver (which VirtualBox
uses) is broken. I am able to build the guest additions by using

mount /dev/sr0 /media

and then going into /media and running the appropriate command as root. (I used
to be able to use the symlinks /dev/cdrom and /dev/dvd, but it seems that these
are no longer being created. I don't know if it's intentional.)
