If you set your list options for digest to be MIME rather than plain
text, you will recieve the digest as a series of rfc822 messages
rather than a chunk of text that lacks the headers needed to easily
reply.  Using the MIME style digests, your mail client _should_ make
it much easier to reply to a particular message and not break the
threading.
