 According to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Go_No_Go_Meeting , the
 decision to declare a release GOLD is irrevocable. Would it make sense to
 just have rel-eng sign the checksum files after this happens, send them to
 QA, and have QA verify them and also post the torrents (after running
 tests to verify those as well)?
