Seems to be an issue when <dd> are inside <pre> eg:

#: <pre>
#: cp /etc/exports /etc/exports.orig
#: echo '/nfs *(rw,insecure,no_root_squash)' >/etc/exports
#: mkdir /nfs
#: service nfs restart</pre>
