SELinux Control of Network Cards?

If I have two network adapters e.g. eth0 and eth1 installed in a Fedora 
Core 4 system under SELinux control, does SELinux control the operation 
of these devices in any way? For example, suppose I have my own iptables 
firewall script. The script performs routing functions as well. Does 
SELinux impact this?
