I don't think you did anything wrong. The new version appears to be in the correct state. It looks like packages.fedoraproject.org is just slightly out-of-date and showing the state prior to these latest updates being pushed. As far as I know, that site is generated periodically and serves static files instead of fetching data dynamically - so maybe that process is currently broken?
