Is this meeting a good place to discuss the implementation of the
"package notes" feature?

https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/thread/WZKX43VDK4R7BJMA3DEPOHY35RHMGDRX/#O4RK2PKCLU5GD4BTRFARUFOG2W465GS3
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2043092

It has broken hundreds of packages in Fedora, and is (IMHO) wrongly
implemented. It shouldn't fiddle around with build flags, but should
use the same rpm-build mechanism as strip/debuginfo to post-process
ELF files found in the RPM.

Or maybe it should be discussed in another meeting?

Rich.
