Emails from notifications@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx are sent by FMN, running at:
http://apps.fedoraproject.org/notifications/

The url is actually coming from fedora-fedmsg-meta-fedora-infrastructure so
that's where the issue should be reported. That being said, both of these
projects are scheduled to be replaced in a (near?) future, so there is little
chance that it'll get fixed.
