There are flags related to coloring Obsoletes, so that should be fine.

But it seems that if I run $ sudo dnf install wine -x libatomic.x86_64, it
would happily install without it, but on next upgrade -- pull it in..

So it seems that we still need to use %{?_isa}.

Michael, can you give a hint whether we need to use it for weak deps as well?
If so -- in which parts of conditions?
