Hi, libgit2 currently bundles an older version of xdiff, which itself isn't released as a public library people can use. Spot's been working on making a proper xdiff release that can be used by developers and libgit upstream is working on porting code over to this. However, since there isn't a fixed time frame when the port will be complete, can/should libgit be granted a temporary exception to use the currently bundled version of xdiff? Other software, such as gitg is waiting on a libgit update: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1023724 libgit2 update is available: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1055836 Upstream tickets: https://github.com/spotrh/libxdiff/issues/2 https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2/issues/1658 -- Thanks, Warm regards, Ankur (FranciscoD) http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Ankursinha Join Fedora!
