It's ugly, because it only adjusts to what is found in the directories at:

  http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/repo/pkgs/mediawiki-semantic/
    -> http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/repo/pkgs/mediawiki-semantic/Semantic%2520MediaWiki%25201.8.0.4.zip/ce5730523d0ebc98b0e978d170e93247

The zip file there does not contain any spaces. And it does not explain
why and when escaping has been applied [before]. The "sources" file
ought to handle space characters just fine.
