Removing all installed document files and adding them again is not really
the same. Particularly not if %doc places them elsewhere.

In the scenario I refer to, no installed files get removed by the packager.
They simply are lost silently/secretly.

Well, I've pointed out several risks, albeit not all. During review an
entire tree of installed documentation files got lost without the packager
noticing it.

Still interested in feedback from more people.
