If so, this needs to happen rather soon. Can we get buy-in from Robin
and perhaps a couple of mass-packagers like Steve Pritchard?
Imo, lobbying for buy-in is premature. There isn't even consensus (here
anyway) that this (perl -devel pkgs) is even a good idea worth pursuing
(and if you ask me, it isn't).
