He's referencing the rpm work done by Jeff Johnson that is not
included in any
Fedora Core release or development tree.
But when i saw .pc files on FC6T2, i found that Requires tag there. So
that mean that rpm workdone is included in FC6T2 right?
That Requires was added *by hand*, not automatically by rpm.
