However, that's not really relevant. Keep in mind, the note is not part of the license, it is the uninformed guess of a later contributor. The original license says: (1) It may not be sold at a profit. The fact that there is the exception of "This software may be distributed with other software by a commercial vendor, provided that it is included at no additional charge.", and that Red Hat might meet that exception doesn't matter.
