We do not need to remove the "tetris" file, because: * It does not describe itself as "Tetris" when it is executed. Functions and filenames are not a concern for trademark infringement. The notable difference between this and the emacs case is that the emacs "tetris" clearly describes itself as "Tetris" when it is executed.
