Summary: Review Request: germanium - a download manager for eMusic.com https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=454220 rhbugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |rhbugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ------- Additional Comments From rhbugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 2008-07-08 14:00 EST ------- I would expect *.py, *.pyc and *.pyo in the Python sitelib dir as well, but upstream is using improper install dirs in his Makefile.am for some reason unknown to me. The Fedora policies allow installing app specific data into /usr/share/%{name}, though, so that would appears to be a valid interim solution until upstream uses Automake's pkgpythondir_PYTHON features as intended instead of some home-baked libdir magic which happens to work on upstream's machine. The only way to fix that, though, is to fix upstream's Makefile.am and re-run automake&Co. - which we can IMHO avoid for now by installing the stuff into /usr/share/germanium at least for now. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. _______________________________________________ Fedora-package-review mailing list Fedora-package-review@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-package-review
