That is not part of Fedora yet. But there is unusual fact I haven't noticed. That munit is present in release archives, but not in git repository directly. Nice, I have not found the documentation. It is quite nice, it would be shame to not include it. Thank you for spotting that. Filled a MR: https://github.com/ngtcp2/ngtcp2/pull/1404 make html target does not work on latest release.
